Returns Policy
We have invested a tremendous amount of time and effort into perfecting each and every aspect of our garments and hope that the final product provides a similar satisfaction to all our customers. On the off chance that you are not satisfied with the product(s) that you have received, we’re here to help you with it.
We offer a 7 days Return and Exchange policy where you can return the product for either
Contact us at contact@theurbanswank.com and provide us with your Name, Order ID, Mobile number and Reason for return/exchange. Or you can use the return option from website, to use it login to website and select the order and click return (this is feature applicable to selective regions).
Once your request is processed, we will arrange a pickup from your address within 3-5 working days. You will have to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pickup.
In case of returns, your refund will be initiated after the product is received by us and assessed by our quality assurance team to make sure that it is unused and in the original condition. (Please note, in case of Cash On Delivery i.e. COD the shipping charges wont be refunded as the charges are given to the courier service provider for handling the cash amount even if the order is returned. You can pay online using debit card/credit card/upi to avoid any such charges)
In case of exchanges, your replacement product will be dispatched from our warehouses after the original product is collected from your address (subject to processing time for new replacement product). A tracking link will be shared with you via text/mail shortly after.
There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. In such areas you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

If you wish to return/exchange the product(s) received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will not be able to accept your request if you fail to do so for whatever reason.
The tag and packaging of the product must stay intact. Products that are overly damaged, torn or have their tags removed will not be eligible for refunds.
As we do not have our own delivery services, we rely on delivery partners and we are charged the same for reverse pickup from the customer, sometimes even more. Hence,
a) In case of returns, a standard deduction of INR 120 per T-Shirt will be made from the refund amount of prepaid orders and INR 150 per T-Shirt of COD orders. These are basically courier charges, as we had to send the product to you and again it needs to be picked up from your end. So both of these courier charges are adjusted in this deduction. Refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48 hours from the date your order is picked, provided returned goods passing the quality check.
b) In case of exchanges, shipping charges of INR 90 per T-Shirt will have to be borne by the customer. A payment link will be sent to you via text/mail where you can make the payment.
A second exchange request will not be processed by default.
An order once opted for exchange will not be eligible for refund.
Products sold under any discount/sale will only be eligible for refund for the final amount paid.
1) How much time does it take to get the amount credited once product is returned?
Here are our timelines for refund process:
NEFT/Core banking refund will take 3 to 5 working days.
Refund process from payment gateway takes 5 to 7 working days excluding weekends and bank Holidays.
2) If I have bought product on discount then will I get the product's actual amount or discounted amount?
You will receive the exact amount paid for the product i.e. discounted price.
3) COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back if I return the product?
COD/Shipping/Gifting charges are applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.
4) What should I do if returned product is picked-up but I have not received and communication for refund amount initiation?
If it has been 24-48 hours since the order has been picked by our courier partner and there is no communication then please email us at contact@theurbanswank.com and we will sort it out for you.
5) Can you explain the Terms of Exchange Policy?
You can exchange your orders within 7 days after delivery date. We serve most of the pincodes for reverse pick-up facilities.
Exchanges are applicable for same products with different size and not for other design within same category or any other product.
In case of gift packs/combo-packs you will have to send us all the items in it. You can contact us at contact@theurbanswank.com for more details.
COD/Shipping/Gifting charges are applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable. Gift wraps for the exchanged product will not be applicable.
In case of inner wears and mask we will not be able to accept exchanges due to hygiene issue.
6) When will the product be picked up after requesting return/exchange?
Pickup will be done within 2 business days. Please ensure the tags are intact on the product for it to be accepted by the courier company.
7)When will I get my exchanged product delivered?
Your exchanged product will be shipped once the returned product has been picked from your end. Usually shipping takes 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Time may vary depending upon the shipping address and factors like public holidays, extreme weather conditions etc.
8) For self-ship returns what should be delivery address?
You can sel-ship products to following address:
202,Vedant apt, Near Ved Bhavan, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra - 411038.
Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
Your refund amount will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.3
